Mechanised QBOX® Assembly
In partnership with Promech Engineering Limited, we have developed a fully automated QBOX® assembly machine. This machine is operational and available to purchase. With one person loading, the machine is capable of clipping collars together and then opening and assembling them onto a tray. It will be able to run at one box per 6 seconds (600 boxes per hour).

Shelf Ready QBOX®
The principle of the QBOX® can be extended to a shelf ready solution for food products. Our development for bagged salads has a tray with a clear front so that the product is perfectly displayed on the shelf, without the labour cost of manually transferring every pack onto the shelf.
